Shipping Policy

Shipping costs

-Generally, shipping is free from € 100 purchase (does not include shipping cost).
-The rest of shipping costs will be shown on the payment screen.

Preparation and delivery times

-We manage your order 24/72 hours from when you place your order.
-Once the order has been processed and shipped, the delivery time will depend on the country to which it is made and the selected rate. This shipment will have an estimated duration in working days on the days indicated in the table below:

EUROPE 2-10 days.

REST WORLD 10-20 days.

-On occasions, an order may take longer than usual, in which case the shipment may take up to 60 working days to arrive. If the order is lost in the transport, we will send it again, but you have to wait those days until you make the new shipment or a credit.

Shipping Address

-In case you need to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible to try to solve the error. Once the package is shipped, it may not be possible to make any further postal address changes.
-Any change of address once the order is shipped will have a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.
-The customer must indicate the address correctly, if he mistakenly writes the address due to failure or omission of data and the package is not delivered to him, we will not be responsible for sending a new order nor will there be the right to a financial refund.

Shipping company

-The courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is Correos España.
-When we have sent your order, you will receive an email from the courier company corresponding to your geographical area with a link to track it. You can contact them to specify the best day and time of delivery.
-In case of absence, you will also receive an email or they will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.

General information

-All orders come individually packed and with a nice packaging.
-From Claudia Jaffe, we do not take responsibility that your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with the courier company, or any other circumstance that affects outside of our control.
-Claudia Jaffe is not responsible for any extra taxes or fees for international sales that occur throughout the shipment. (note the word “extra” we have tried to make sure we cover as much as we can)
